COOKEVILLE, Tenn. –Fueled by shipper feedback, Logistics Management magazine has awarded Averitt three Quest for Quality Awards. This year’s recognition marks 26 years of consecutive acknowledgment for Averitt, showcasing the team’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service to shippers.
The Quest for Quality Awards survey is a comprehensive study on shipper satisfaction within the transportation and logistics sector. There are several criteria shippers use to judge which carriers deserve the honor, including: on-time performance, customer service, ease of doing business, technology, and overall value as a service provider.
This year, Averitt scored high rankings in three categories:
- South/South Central Regional LTL Carrier
- Truckload Dry Freight
- Expedited Services
Averitt was awarded first-place rankings in both truckload and expedited services, and second place in the regional LTL category.
