COOKEVILLE, Tenn (December 4, 2013) — Averitt Express recently honored associate Jackie Moorehead for 35 years of service to the company.
Currently serving as a truckload fleet manager, Moorehead has played several roles during his time at Averitt, beginning his career as a part-time billing clerk. He has also served as Nashville’s service center director and corporate director of loss prevention, claims, security and safety.
Moorehead is counted among the more than 750 Averitt associates who make up the company’s “Over 20 Team,” an exclusive group of associates who have served 20 or more years with Averitt.
