Logistics Management magazine readers have acknowledged Averitt Express as an outstanding transportation and logistics provider for the publication’s 40th Quest for Quality Awards.  This year’s recognition marks an incredible 25 years of consecutive acknowledgment for Averitt, highlighting its ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service to shippers. 

GEODIS, a global warehousing and third-party logistics company, has named Averitt its 2022 LTL Carrier of the Year. Carriers are judged on a wide variety of criteria, such as on-time pickup and delivery, technology integration, and cargo claims.

Averitt Express has been named a 2023 Green Supply Chain Partner by Inbound Logistics, an industry trade publication. This marks the 13th year that the transportation and supply chain solutions provider has received the honor since the magazine started its recognition program in 2009.

Averitt Express has been named the 2022 Regional LTL Carrier of the Year by Uber Freight, a transportation management and technology services provider. The award was given to Averitt in recognition of the company’s less-than-truckload (LTL) services.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – Averitt Express associates combined to give more than 10,000 hours of community service over the course of 2022 as part of its Team Up Community Challenge. Overall, they served 10,433 hours, with 95 facilities across Averitt’s system helping 223 organizations through efforts including clothing, food and toy drives, disaster relief, litter cleanups and blood donations.
