Cargo Container Transportation

Container Transportation

One of the benefits of utilizing Averitt International is that we can also manage and handle cargo containers. Our PortSide® network includes multiple bonded CFS distribution centers and a fleet of company-owned chassis.

Drayage: We can dray (transport) cargo containers between your facility and seaports throughout North America.

Transload: At our distribution centers, we can also transfer your shipments between containers and trailers.

Using our container transportation solutions in conjunction with our international forwarding services can help you streamline the import / export process.

Distribution and Fulfillment

Warehousing

A key part of the international supply chain is warehousing and distribution. When shippers use our international forwarding services, they often utilize our warehousing and storage capabilities.

Our network in North America includes 100+ distribution centers and bonded CFS facilities. We can perform a variety of product and inventory processing services for our shippers, including:

Averitt is now bonded (DSP-KY-20150) at our 300,000 sq ft Louisville Distribution & Fulfillment facility. Our space is ideal for distillers storing barrels, casks, totes or any other materials needing bonded space for your product.
