Team Up Community Challenge

 

Through our Team Up Community Challenge, we volunteer with organizations throughout our local communities – a process that’s served 200+ organizations in over 100 communities in just the past year. Team Up exemplifies the spirit our Averitt family has demonstrated when working together to give back to our local communities. It signifies how we work together to accomplish goals for our customers and our communities.

How the program works:

  • Each facility plans its own events and chooses its own local organizations to serve

  • Associates serve in groups of at least two associates

  • Hours donated are matched by the company's contributions to Averitt Cares for Kids
